SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings.

We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match what is displayed on your screen.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase.

IronCulture reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are only accepted once payment has been successfully processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible after processing.

SECTION 4 – MADE-TO-ORDER & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Some products offered by IronCulture are produced on a made-to-order or personalized basis.

Such products are clearly identified on their respective product pages.

By placing an order for a made-to-order or personalized product, you acknowledge that the item is manufactured specifically for you.

According to applicable EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for these products unless:

the item is defective

the item is damaged

or the wrong item was delivered

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and product details before completing their order.

SECTION 5 – PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

IronCulture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers in the European Union have a general right of withdrawal of 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products, as stated above.

For non-personalized products, returns are only accepted if:

items are unworn

unused

undamaged

and in original condition with tags

Returns are not accepted for:

incorrect size selection

change of mind

worn or washed items

items damaged by the customer

If a product is defective or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund if necessary.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, designs, graphics, and text, is the property of IronCulture and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for their content or functionality.
