Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

❗ Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

According to applicable EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

that are not pre-made

that are produced based on an individual selection or decision by the customer

or that are clearly personalized or made to the customer’s specifications

All products sold by IronCultur® are made-to-order and individually produced.

👉 Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these items.

➡️ Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted,

unless the item is:

damaged

defective (production fault)

or incorrect (wrong item delivered)

🔍 Inspection & Claims

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If there is an issue, contact us within 48 hours at:

Please include:

your order number

clear photos or videos showing the issue

After review, we will offer:

a replacement, or a refund (only if replacement is not possible)

🚫 Condition of Items

Returns are only considered if the item is:

unworn

unused

undamaged

in original condition with tags

👉 Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns are not accepted for:

incorrect size selection

change of mind

personal preference

worn or washed items

items damaged by the customer

personalized or made-to-order products

📦 Returns Process

All returns must be approved in advance.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

the item is confirmed defective or incorrect

and the return has been approved

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered only if:

the item is defective

or the wrong item was delivered

In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
